My Mission

My mission is to provide my customers a first class travel experience that will save you time and money while simplifying and increasing the quality of your travel! 

My name is Kristi and I’m the Group Travel Gal! I am a wife and mother of 6 kids (true story!) who loves to travel (yes, even WITH my family sometimes!) and love to see my customers travel! I was born and raised in Southern California and have lived in Southern California, Hawaii and now in Utah. As a group travel specialist my expertise lies in providing travel for family and friend groups, business incentive group travel and luxury or bucket list travel destinations. 

I am a certified agent for Disney, Marriott, Club Med, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Lines as well as Beaches/Sandals Resorts.

The Travel Agent Myth

True or False: Using a travel agent today makes your travel more expensive.

FALSE! As a group travel agent I am only paid on commission, meaning if you were to look up Disney Cruise, you will pay the same amount whether you book with them direct or with Group Travel Gal! I am paid commission from Disney (or any other travel vendor I use) for simply bringing the business to them. 

Why would I need a travel agent then? (see next section!)

Why Use a Group Travel Agent?

With the Internet and various travel websites and apps available today, it may seem that using a travel agent would unnecessary. But with no costs associated with using a travel agent, why not? 

Here are just a few reasons why you should consider using a group travel agent: 

  • Saves time! (Let me do the research! You have enough to do already!--plus it costs you ZILCH!)
  • Improved Access! (Travel agents will often get deals and be notified of promotions not found on the Internet- including room upgrades, onboard credits, special group pricing deals & more!)
  • Simplified Travel (Not only can I research all aspects of your travel, including quotes, different itineraries, transfer options, better pricing, but I can then book it and also I provide all travel details within a simple application you can find on your phone!)
  • Saves money! (my job is to find you the best price and often times I can still be looking to find ways to save you money even after booking!--and then you'll be really, really happy!)
  • Reduces Effort (organizing travel, especially group travel is not easy, the more people involved the more opinions, the more information that needs to be provided, and that can be exhausting!-plus I'm really good at that!)
