These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Work Hard Travel B.I.G. website (the “Site”), and your purchase of travel planning services and/or travel bookings from Work Hard Travel B.I.G. (“Work Hard Travel B.I.G.,” “WHTB,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Work Hard Travel B.I.G. is a brand operated by M&K Group, Inc. (“Company”).

By using this Site, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or booking travel through us, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who We Are and Who Provides Travel Services

Work Hard Travel B.I.G. provides travel planning, consultation, and booking assistance for luxury/bucket-list travel, cruises, group travel, and corporate/incentive travel.

Most travel services (air, cruise, hotel, tours, transfers, etc.) are provided by third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”). Suppliers control their own pricing, availability, and policies.

2) Expedia Cruises Relationship Disclaimer

Kristi {Last Name} is an independent travel advisor and may be affiliated with Expedia Cruises in that independent advisor capacity. Work Hard Travel B.I.G. is not Expedia, is not owned by Expedia, and is not endorsed by Expedia, unless expressly stated in writing.

Nothing on this Site creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or endorsement relationship between Expedia Cruises and Work Hard Travel B.I.G. or M&K Group, Inc. Expedia Cruises is not responsible for Work Hard Travel B.I.G.’s services, content, fees, or communications, and Work Hard Travel B.I.G. is not responsible for Expedia Cruises’ policies outside of bookings processed under their systems.

3) Quotes, Pricing, and Availability

  • Quotes are estimates based on availability and pricing at the time of quoting and can change until confirmed/ticketed/paid in full.
  • Price changes may occur due to Supplier inventory, airfare fluctuations, currency changes, taxes/fees, and promotions.
  • We will present options as clearly as possible, but Suppliers control final pricing and inclusions.

4) Planning Fees, Service Fees, and What You’re Paying For

We may charge planning fees and/or service fees, especially for:

  • Large group coordination (room blocks, attendee management, payment structures, deadlines)
  • Custom itinerary design and research
  • Corporate/incentive programs
  • Complex multi-destination trips
  • Short timelines, extensive revisions, or concierge-level support

Fees are disclosed before work begins. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, planning/service fees are nonrefundable because they compensate time and professional services, even if you choose not to travel.

5) Booking, Deposits, and Payments

  • A booking is not confirmed until deposits and required information are received and confirmed by the Supplier.
  • You agree to review confirmations promptly and notify us immediately of discrepancies.

Payment Processing (We Accept Payments Directly):

  • You may pay Work Hard Travel B.I.G./M&K Group, Inc. directly for planning fees, service fees, and/or travel purchases, depending on the supplier and trip structure.
  • When we accept payment directly for travel components, we may process payments via secure payment systems and/or charge authorized payment methods for agreed amounts.
  • You authorize us to collect payment for amounts you approve (including deposits, balances, fees, authorized changes, and Supplier-imposed charges).

6) Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

All changes/cancellations are subject to Supplier rules and may involve penalties up to 100% of trip cost.

  • Supplier Refunds: If a refund is permitted, it is issued according to Supplier timelines and policies. We do not control processing time.
  • Credits/Vouchers: Suppliers may issue credits instead of refunds. Credits are governed by Supplier terms and expiration dates.
  • Our Fees: Planning/service fees are generally nonrefundable unless stated in writing.

7) Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance for most trips—especially cruises, international travel, group travel, and itineraries with nonrefundable deposits.

You are responsible for reviewing policy details and choosing coverage appropriate to your needs. Declining insurance means you accept the risk of losses from cancellations, interruptions, medical issues, and delays.

8) Passports, Visas, Health, and Entry Requirements

You are responsible for meeting all travel requirements, including passports, visas, vaccinations/health documents, and entry rules. Requirements can change quickly. We can provide general guidance, but you must verify requirements with official sources and ensure compliance.

9) Special Requests, Accessibility, and Medical Needs

Please notify us in writing of special requests or needs (dietary, mobility, medical). We will communicate requests to Suppliers, but cannot guarantee availability or accommodations.

10) Supplier Responsibility; Limitation of Liability

Suppliers are independent contractors and are responsible for their own services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Work Hard Travel B.I.G. and M&K Group, Inc. are not liable for:

  • Supplier acts/omissions, negligence, bankruptcy/insolvency
  • Delays, cancellations, missed connections, schedule changes
  • Weather, natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, health emergencies
  • Theft, injury, loss, property damage, or inconvenience arising from travel

Limitation: Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid directly to us for the specific services at issue (planning/service fees), unless otherwise required by law.

11) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge, contact us first so we can attempt resolution. Chargebacks can trigger supplier cancellations and may prevent refunds. You agree to cooperate and provide documentation during dispute resolution.

12) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, branding, logos) is owned by or licensed to Work Hard Travel B.I.G./M&K Group, Inc. You may not reuse it without written permission.

13) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or disrupt Site operations.

14) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, unless otherwise required by law.

15) Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
